  • Payment Information: We facilitate payments via Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. All payment data is stored by our payment processor.
  • Content: Products, descriptions, images, and files you upload to sell.
  • Support Inquiries: Information you provide when contacting us for help.

Information from Buyers

When a Buyer purchases a product from a Seller on BioStore:

  • We collect the Buyer's email address and payment details on behalf of the Seller to process the transaction and deliver the digital product.
  • Note: Sellers act as the "Data Controller" for their Buyers' data. BioStore acts as the "Data Processor."

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and actions taken on the platform.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
  • Process transactions and send purchase receipts/notifications.
  • Send product delivery emails to Buyers on behalf of Sellers.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse of our services (e.g., detecting fraudulent payments).
  • Respond to your requests and support inquiries.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in these circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We use third-party companies to help us run the Service. These include:
    • Stripe: Payment processing.
    • Resend: Sending transactional emails.
    • Vercel: Website hosting and infrastructure.
    • Supabase: Database and authentication services.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if necessary to protect our rights or property.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets.
